Shipping And Returns

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship your order. We support Express, Priority, and Parcel Post shipping methods. Depending on order volume, orders received before 5PM AST (GMT-4) are generally shipped the following business day.

Please remember the following:

- We are a small, family business. Therefore, situations may arise that may slightly delay your order.

- Orders containing items with a short expiration date (cakes, chips, etc) may have a longer fulfillment time, as we try to obtain the freshest produce possible so that you may have more time to enjoy it longer. We also attempt to ship these orders from Monday to Wednesday, to avoid having your package sitting at the post office all weekend.

- Choosing "Priority 3-day shipping" does not shorten the fulfillment time. This is an estimate given by the USPS on delivery time to your destination.

- If you need your order by a certain date, please order with enough time, and note your request in the comment section. We will do our very best to get your order to you on time.

RETURN POLICY:
All return claims must be made within 5 days of the delivery date. Orders that were dispatched correctly will be charged a 20% restock fee.
